1. Rabbish rahli sadri, wa yassirli amri, wah lul uqdatan min lisaani, yaf kahu kauli.
2. Allahumma Rabbannas Azhibil bas, Ishfi wa anta Shafi, La Shifa illa
Shafaok. Shifaal La Yoghadiro saqama.
3.Allahum-mashfi, Antash-Shafi, la shifa'a illa shifa'uka, shifaan la yughadiru saqaman.
4.Adhhibil-bas, Rabban-nas, washfi Antash-Shafi, la shifa’a illa shifa’uka shifa’an la yughadiru saqama.
5.Wa nunazzilu minal quraani maa huwa shifaauw wa rahmatul lil mu’miniina wa laa yaziidu ththaalimiina illaa khosaara.
6.Lau anzalna hazal qur ana ala jabalil lara aitau khasiammutasyaddiammin khssyatillah watilkal amtsalu nadhribuha linnasi laallaku yatafakkarun.
7.Yaa ayyuha an-naasu qad ja’atkum maw`izhatun min rabbikum wa shifaun limaa fee as-sudoori wa hudan wa rahmatun lil-mumineen.
8.Wa yashfi sudoora qawmin mumineena.
9.Yakhruju min butooniha sharaabun mukhtalifun alwaanuhu feehi shifaun lin-naas.
10.Wa idha maridtu fahuwa yashfeeni.
11.Qul huwa lil-ladheena amanoo hudan wa shifaun.
12. Rabbuna-Allahu-laazi fiss-sama-ii, taqaddas(a) asmuk (a), amruk (a) fissa-samaa-ii wal-ardi,, kama rahmatuk (a) fissa-sama-ii faj-al-rahmatak(a) fil-ard, ighfirlana, hai-bana, wa khata-yana, anta rabbul-tayibin(a), anzil rahmatan min rahmatik(a) wa shifaa-an, min shifaa-ika ala haadal-waja’, fayabra-aa.”
13.Raabbahoo annee massaniyad jurru ya anta arhaamur reahimeen.
14.Allaahumma 'aafinee fee badanee, Allaahumma 'aafinee fee sam'ee, Allaahumma afini fi qalbi, Allaahumma 'aafinee fee basaree, laa 'ilaaha 'illaa 'Anta. Allaahumma 'innee 'a'oothu bika minal-kufri, walfaqri, wa 'a'oothu bika min 'athaabil-qabri, laa 'ilaaha 'illaa 'Anta.
15.Allahumma Inni Aa-oothu-bika minal jonoo-ni wal-juthami wal-barasi wassayi-il-asqaam.
16.AUDhU BI-KALIMATI-LLAHI-T-TAMMATI MIN ShARRI MA KhALAQA.
17.A`udhu bi kalimat, Allah al-tammah, min kulli shaytanin wa hammah, wa
min kulli `aynin lammah.
18.A'oudho bi'izzatil-lahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa 'uhadhir.

( O my Lord expand me my breast, and ease my task for me and remove the impediment from my speech, so they may understand what i say )
Allahumma Rabbannas Azhibil bas, Ishfi wa anta Shafi, La Shifa illa
Shafaok. Shifaal La Yoghadiro saqama.
(O Allah remove the hardship, O Lord of mankind, grant cure for You are the Healer.
There is no cure but from You, a cure which leaves no illness behind)
Allahum-mashfi, Antash-Shafi, la shifa'a illa shifa'uka, shifaan la yughadiru saqaman.
(O Allah! cure You are the Great Curer. There is no cure but through You, which leaves behind no disease)
Adhhibil-bas, Rabban-nas, washfi Antash-Shafi, la shifa’a illa shifa’uka shifa’an la yughadiru saqama.
(Take away the pain, O Lord of mankind, and grant healing, for You are the Healer, and there is no healing but Your healing that leaves no trace of sickness).’”
Wa nunazzilu minal quraani maa huwa shifaauw wa rahmatul lil mu’miniina wa laa yaziidu ththaalimiina illaa khosaara.
(And We send down of the Qur’an that which is healing and mercy for the believers, but it does not increase the wrongdoers except in loss.)
Lau anzalna hazal qur ana ala jabalil lara aitau khasiammutasyaddiammin khssyatillah watilkal amtsalu nadhribuha linnasi laallaku yatafakkarun.
(If We (allah) put on the al qur an on th jabal ( mountain)= if Allah put his name on the latifaturruh,latifatul qalbi of the shufiyyatuuthariqatullah,the energy of the name of Allah can make some thing .Include the jabal khsiiammutasyaddiamminkhasyatillah.Wallahu aklam.)

(Mankind there has come to you a guidance from your Lord
and a healing for (the diseases) in your hearts, and for those who
believe a guidance and a mercy).
Wa yashfi sudoora qawmin mumineena.
(And [God] shall heal the breast of the believers).
Yakhruju min butooniha sharaabun mukhtalifun alwaanuhu feehi shifaun lin-naas.
Wa yashfi sudoora qawmin mumineena.
(And [God] shall heal the breast of the believers).
Yakhruju min butooniha sharaabun mukhtalifun alwaanuhu feehi shifaun lin-naas.
(There issues from within the bodies of the bee a drink of varying colors wherein is healing for mankind).
Wa idha maridtu fahuwa yashfeeni.
Wa idha maridtu fahuwa yashfeeni.
(And when I am ill, it is [God] who cures me).
Qul huwa lil-ladheena amanoo hudan wa shifaun.
Qul huwa lil-ladheena amanoo hudan wa shifaun.
(And declare (O Muhammad) that [the Quran] is a guidance and healing for the believers).
Rabbuna-Allahu-laazi fiss-sama-ii,

( O our load, Allah, You are in heaven, holu be your name, Your command reigns supreme in the heavens and on the earth. As your marcy is in the heavens, have your Marcy on the earth. forgive our sins, you are the Lord of the good. Send down on your Marcy and healing unto his ailment to cure it.
Rabbuna-Allahu-laazi fiss-sama-ii,
taqaddas(a) asmuk (a), amruk (a) fissa-samaa-ii wal-ardi,

Allaahumma afini fi qalbi, Allaahumma 'aafinee fee basaree, laa 'ilaaha

(O Allah cures my body, cure my heart and cure my eyesight from any illness and
preserve for me my hearing.There is noneworthy of worship but You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave. There is none worthy of worship
but you).
Allahumma Inni Aa-oothu-bika minal jonoo-ni wal-juthami wal-barasi
wassayi-il-asqaam.
(O Allah, I seek your refuge from insanity, mutilation,leprosy and from all serious illnesses).
AUDhU BI-KALIMATI-LLAHI-T-TAMMATI MIN ShARRI MA KhALAQA.
(I take refuge in the Perfect Words of Allah from the evil contain in His Creation).
A`udhu bi kalimat, Allah al-tammah, min kulli shaytanin wa hammah, wa
min kulli `aynin lammah.
(I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah,from every devil and every poisonous reptile, and from every evil eye)
A'oudho bi'izzatil-lahi wa qudratihi min sharri ma ajidu wa 'uhadhir.
(I seek refuge with Allah and with His Power from the evil that afflicts me
and that which I apprehend.)
